Yes. Creating an account, browsing the full resource library, using Neuri, logging observations, and following pathways are all free. There is no trial countdown and no credit card required.
How many children can I add?
Up to 5 child profiles per family account, at no cost. You can add or remove them anytime from your account.
I already pay for Neurture — what happens now?
Nothing you do can lose you access. The app is free for everyone, so you can cancel your old subscription whenever you like — through the App Store or Play Store if you subscribed on your phone, or from your account settings on the web. Your access continues either way.
What is the Expert Plan?
An optional one-time $49 add-on where our team builds a custom, in-depth plan for your child based on your goals and observations. It is completely separate from the free app.
What does Neurture Studio cost?
Studio is our paid product for consultants: $25/mo or $270/yr for solo practitioners, including up to 5 clients. Extra clients are $3.99/mo.
Do you offer refunds?
There is nothing to refund on the family side since it is free. For Studio or the Expert Plan, email us at support@neurture.app and we'll make it right.
